FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT CLASSES

Functional Training is the engagement in exercises that mimic or recreate everyday movement. These types of exercises typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups. This style of training builds and sculpts lean, functional muscle – Lifting, Squatting, Jumping, Twisting, Pulling, Pushing, Punching, Kicking, Rowing, Biking – all of these movements qualify as “Functional”.

Each class will be slightly different, meaning you will never get board and always be getting a complete workout, incorporating strength, cardio, interval training, body weight exercises, boxing, core and stability work, agility and plyometric based exercises, gravity training, obstacle challenges and much more. 

You can work at your own level and speed meaning this is perfect for everyone!
